Say what is known. Label what is not.
Small Business AI 101 exists to make first-use decisions easier to understand. It cannot do that by hiding uncertainty or inventing experience.
Original, bounded guidance
Lessons and practice cards describe learning patterns. They do not imply that a specific product, vendor, industry, or business will produce the same outcome.
No invented proof
We do not fabricate tests, ratings, user counts, savings, outcomes, certifications, customer quotes, pricing, or product access. A question that needs product-specific evidence should be checked against the current official source before a purchase or implementation decision.
Material updates
A lesson is revised when an error, unclear instruction, or material change in its stated scope could mislead a reader. Product news alone does not turn this site into a vendor-news directory.
Human accountability
Every exercise is a starting point. The business remains responsible for data decisions, contracts, security, legal review, accounting treatment, access, client obligations, and final operational choices.
